2024 polls: I’ll pull a big surprise in December; NPP can’t match me – Alan
30th October 2024
The Leader and Founder of the Movement for Change, Alan Kyerematen, has voiced strong confidence in his chances for the December 7 elections, predicting a surprising outcome.
Focusing his campaign on the needs of ordinary Ghanaians, Alan is convinced his message resonates with voters in ways that the established parties may not fully understand.
He describes an organic wave of support across the country as the driving force behind his optimism.
After a recent tour through Accra’s markets, he shared with journalists the enthusiastic response he witnessed, especially among the people he engaged directly.
Alan argued that the NPP’s base of truly committed voters is modest, estimating it to be fewer than a million.
He also cautioned against misinterpreting rally attendance as an accurate reflection of the party’s real support.
“You can feel the genuine enthusiasm, the organic love people are showing towards me,” he said.
“There’s going to be a big surprise in December. After all, I was a founding member of the NPP. But don’t be misled by the crowds—the numbers seen in elections don’t reflect the actual committed voter base.”
