The long-running and heated public feud between self-acclaimed evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, and celebrated gospel singer Empress Gifty Oppong Adorye has officially come to an end.

Agradaa has formally retracted every allegation she previously levelled against the gospel musician, admitting through her lawyers that the claims—widely circulated on social media in May 2025—were false, baseless, and misleading.

In a statement issued on Thursday, December 4, 2025, by her legal representatives, Agyaa Asamani Law Consult, it was disclosed that the controversial accusations were made impulsively and without factual basis.

Her lawyer, Richard Asare Baffour, stressed that the withdrawal is absolute and final, stating:

“The allegations against Empress Gifty were untrue and should not be given any weight.”

The statement effectively brings closure to months of public tension, online speculation, and reputational damage arising from the dispute.

Alongside the legal retraction, Nana Agradaa has also issued a full and unconditional apology to Empress Gifty, acknowledging the emotional and professional harm caused by the false claims.

The apology further extends to the family, friends, and associates of the gospel artiste, recognising the wider distress the controversy created.

According to the legal team, the core objective of the retraction and apology is to restore peace and set the public record straight after months of intense public scrutiny and social media clashes.

With this development, one of the most high-profile celebrity disputes of 2025 appears to have been formally laid to rest.
