Arsenal eyes Mohammed Kudus in £83 Million move to strengthen attack

Premier League title contenders Arsenal are reportedly eyeing West Ham star Mohammed Kudus as a potential addition to their attacking ranks.
Spanish outlet Fichajes has claimed that the Gunners are prepared to invest £83 million (€100 million) to secure the dynamic 24-year-old midfielder, who has caught the attention of Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff.
Kudus, currently under contract with West Ham until 2028 with an option to extend, is said to be eager about the move, motivated by the opportunity to compete in European football with a club of Arsenal's stature.
The Ghana international, known for his versatility in both central and wide positions, would offer tactical flexibility to Arteta’s squad as Arsenal aim to challenge for multiple trophies.
Interestingly, Kudus was spotted at the Emirates in October, watching Arsenal’s 2-0 Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain, though it remains unclear whether his visit was with the club’s invitation.
Despite having an £85 million release clause in his current deal, Arsenal are reportedly undeterred and are willing to exhaust all avenues to complete the transfer in the summer.
Kudus, who netted a goal against Arsenal in last year’s Carabao Cup, has impressed with his performances for West Ham and could be a key figure in Arsenal’s continued pursuit of top honors.
