Dr. Aki Philips, the head of Anidaso Herbal, recently offered important health advice regarding lovemaking during an appearance on Kingdom FM’s Anopa Nkomo show, monitored by MyNewsGH.com.

He warned that certain lovemaking positions could pose significant health risks, especially for men who are mindful of their long-term well-being.

During the interview, Dr. Philips specifically cautioned men against the doggy-style position, explaining that it could increase the risk of stroke.

“Men should consider changing their sexual positions, especially the doggy style, as it puts them at higher risk of suffering a stroke,” he advised, urging them to explore safer alternatives.

In addition to this, he expressed concerns about the cowgirl position, where the woman is on top, explaining that it can put undue pressure on a man’s prostate.

“The cowgirl position can be harmful because the significant weight and pressure on the prostate could lead to serious health issues over time,” Dr. Philips noted.

He emphasized that men should be aware of these risks to avoid long-term complications.

Dr. Philips concluded his discussion with a positive recommendation, suggesting that men engage in sexual activity frequently to promote their overall health.

“It is advisable for men to have sex at least 24 times a month to enhance their well-being,” he shared, highlighting the health benefits of regular sexual activity.
