Kotoko will be without key trio for Liberty clash

Kumasi Asante Kotoko will this afternoon be without three key players when they take on Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in their match day 7 clash.

The porcupine warriors who are serving the second of their three match ban of playing behind closed doors will be without centre back Wahab Adams, influential midfielder Mudasiru Salifu and winger Augustin Okrah.

The trio are out for varied reasons with Mudasiru Salifu having suffered a groin injury in last weeks 2-1 triumph over Hearts of Oak and is set to be sidelined for at least six weeks.

While Wahab Adams is also out injured after sustaining an injury in the game against Accra Hearts of Oak .

Winger Augustine Okrah is on a compassionate leave having lost his father with the funeral happening on Saturday and has been given time off to see to that.

The Porcupine warriors are fourth on the league log two points adrift leaders Berekum Chelsea.
