Former President John Dramani Mahama on Thursday afternoon interacted with the minority caucus in parliament who called on him at his residence.

Details of the meeting is sketchy, but ultimatefmonline.com gathered it was aimed at fostering a  good relationship between the former flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and lawmakers of the party.

A fortnight ago, the former president also held similar meetings with the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party who called on him at his residence.

There is pressure on the former president not contest in 2020 by family members who feel the party humiliated him following the outcome of the December 7, 2016.
