Sung Shining Ladies claimed their first win of the 2024/2025 season in thrilling fashion, overcoming Kumasi Sports Academy 2-1 at the Wa Sports Stadium.

The match saw Sung Shining Ladies come from behind after trailing 1-0 at halftime.

The equalizer came early in the second half with Opayemi Gold Philip converting from the penalty spot in the 50th minute.

With time running out, Sylvia Mwinibamogna netted a dramatic winner in the 94th minute, giving Sung Shining their first league victory.

Tamale Super Ladies End Winless Streak

Tamale Super Ladies earned their second win of the season with a narrow 1-0 victory over Prison Ladies at the Kulikuli School Astro Turf.

Zakaria Rashida scored the only goal of the match in the 74th minute. Prison Ladies' goalkeeper, Ziblim, was sent off in the 84th minute after handling the ball outside the box, leaving her side to finish the game with 10 players.

Dreamz Ladies continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 1-1 draw against Northern Ladies at the Bantama Astro Turf in Kumasi.

Wasiima Mohammed opened the scoring for Northern Ladies in the 40th minute, but Dreamz Ladies responded in the second half with Sarah Nyarko equalizing in the 51st minute, ensuring that they remain unbeaten so far in the campaign.
