Ghanaian international Andre Ayew showcased his goal-scoring prowess yet again, finding the back of the net for Le Havre despite their heavy loss to RC Strasbourg in the French Cup clash on Wednesday evening.

Ayew's impressive header in the 30th minute leveled the score for Le Havre after Dilane Bakwa had given RC Strasbourg the lead in the 21st minute.

However, RC Strasbourg regained their advantage just six minutes later, with Emanuel Emegha finding the target. The home side sealed their victory with a late goal from substitute Marvin Senaya, securing a 3-1 win.

Andre Ayew, who captained Le Havre in the match, played for 83 minutes before being substituted for Steve Ngoura.

With this goal, Ayew's tally reaches three in seven appearances for Le Havre since joining the club in November 2023, highlighting his impact on the team's attacking prowess.
