English-born Ghanaian winger, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, marked his comeback for Crystal Palace's U21 team with an impressive performance in a Premier League 2 match against London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The 21-year-old had been sidelined since November due to injury, enduring a challenging four-month recovery period after a promising start to the season under former manager Roy Hodgson.

Rak-Sakyi showcased his talent and determination upon his return, playing a pivotal role in Palace's dominant 5-0 victory over Tottenham in the Premier League 2.

He demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess by netting three times during the match.

The game saw Roshaun Mathurin opening the scoring for Palace from the penalty spot after 25 minutes, followed by Rak-Sakyi's quick-fire goals to extend the lead to 2-0. He then secured his hat-trick with another goal just before half-time.

In the second half, Vonnte Williams added to Palace's lead before Rak-Sakyi found the back of the net again, sealing his remarkable return to action with a memorable performance.

With his triumphant comeback, Rak-Sakyi has certainly caught the attention of Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner, who may consider recalling him to the first team for the upcoming game against Manchester United on Monday, May 6, at Selhurst Park.

As Rak-Sakyi looks to make an impact at the senior level once again, his stellar performance for the U21s serves as a promising sign of his readiness to contribute to Palace's campaign in the Premier League.
