The Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Aablakwa  has said the 2020 general elections is that opportunity redeem Ghana from NPP's bad governance.

According to the Former Deputy Education Minister, next year's elections is a rescue mission.

'It is time Ghanaians rescue the country job losses due to the collapse of banking and financial institutions, nepotism among others' he lamented.

Mr Ablakwa was among Minority MPs who took part in a health walk dubbed Muntaka4Peace in the Asawasi Constituency in Kumasi on Sunday to campaign for the Minority Chief Whip, Muntaka Mubarak.

He also accused the Nana Akufo-Addo government of abandoning some road and health projects initiated by his predecessor, John Dramani Mahama, especially in the Ashanti region.

Meanwhile, Muntaka who preached unity among National Democratic Congress (NDC) sympathisers want residents of Asawase to immortalise the parliamentary seat for the party.
