The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the dates for the 2024-25 Access Bank Division One season. The opening matches are set for the weekend starting Friday, September 27, and will continue through Monday, September 30, 2024, across all three zones.

The 2024/25 season will run until Monday, June 2, 2025, spanning 30 weekends. Notably, there will be no official midweek matchdays to alleviate travel burdens on clubs, with midweeks reserved for rescheduled games.

The league will pause for a week leading up to the December 7, 2024, National Elections, allowing players and officials to fulfill their civic duties.

Ten teams have secured spots in the second tier of Ghanaian football for the 2024/25 season. These teams are:

- Yapei FC, Walewale Catholic Stars, Wa Sore Nante FC (Zone 1A)
- Dormaa Unity FC (Zone 1B)
- Sekondi Eleven Wise, Galaxy FC, UCC Young Stars (Zone Two)
- Inter Allies, Port City, True Democracy (Zone Three)
