Popular Ghanaian media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger, has once again taken to social media to share a piece of advice with her fans.

Taking inspiration from the British royal wedding that took place on Saturday, she advised women in difficult relationships to leave their partners.

According to her, Meghan Markle, who has African roots, succeeded in getting an African-American preacher, Michael Curry, to officiate the wedding.

She added that that Meghan’s life is inspirational, as she is a divorcee who is older than her husband.

Afia Schwar noted that it is therefore important for women in uncomfortable relationships to leave the “idiots” they are hanging out with, so they could have some form of relief.

This, she explained, is because there are princes waiting for them.

Her fans could certainly not keep quiet about this message:

@sibi_bae wrote: "Thank you very very much love ❤"

@sarixbrown added: "You said it all...I so much agree with you!!"

@queencee1502 exclaimed: "Lmfaaooooo! I love you! You’re the funniest and realest "

and @tianaafiafeti chipped in: "True talk mum, that's why I love you"

Afia Schwar has had several stints as a radio host with notable radio stations in Ghana, including Happy FM and EIB network’s Kasapa FM.

She also hosted the Kokooko show on Despite Group’s UTV, before leaving to work with Angel TV. Afia Schwar now works with TV Africa.
