Former  Bechem United and Kotoko  striker Ahmed Toure has earned a recall to the Burkina Faso squad for their International friendly against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon later this month.

The 29-year old returns to the Stallions squad for the 25th May friendly at Paris as his fine form at Asec Mimosa makes him one of the trusted feet for  Coach Paulo Jorge Rebelo Duarte.

The former El Guona forward received his invitation letter on Monday afternoon and would be presenting the national team for the first time since October last year when Burkina hosted Benin.

Coach Duarte was in Ivory coast when Asec hosted Ghana's Aduana  Stars in the CAF Confederation cup last week, according to reports.

Toure is capped 3 times and has a goal to his service for the 2017 Afcon semi-finalists.

He joined Asec Mimosa  from Bechem and  has so far scored 17 goals in 23 games for the Ivorian Giants in all competitions this year.
