Ghanaian musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, better known as A-Plus, has posed three questions to investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

A-Plus sought to establish some issues concerning the death of Ahmed Hussein-Suale, a colleague of Anas.

Ahmed was murdered on the night of Wednesday, January 16, 2019 by unknown people who reportedly rode motorbikes.

Anas later released a video that sought to implicate Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, in Ahmed’s murder.

Ahmed was buried on Friday, January 18, 2019, but investigations into the matter is ongoing.

A Plus stated that he has three questions for Anas with respect to Anas’ conduct with respect to Ahmed’s death.

According to him, Anas needs to realize that inasmuch as he sees himself as a smart man, he needs to know that Ghanaians are equally smart enough to probe into issues.

His first question was with regard to the time Anas heard of Ahmed’s death. His second was about how Anas found time to find a video, edit and release it soon after Ahmed’s death.

A-Plus’ third question bordered on why as a lawyer, Anas chose to draw conclusions about a murder even before investigations started.

He went on to say that Anas’ conduct after Ahmed’s death creates the impression that he had planned a series of activities in advance.

In A-Plus’ opinion, some people may blame Agyapong for Ahmed’s death, but he believes Anas needs to allow the security agencies to do their work.
