Telecommunications service provider Bharti Airtel has announced new ISD call charges for Bangladesh and Nepal. While the call rates to Bangladesh has been reduced by 75%, calls to Nepal will now cost approximately 40% less.

After the latest revision, calls to Bangladesh will now be charged at Rs 2.99 per minute. Airtel prepaid customers are currently priced at Rs 12 per minute. Similarly, calls to Nepal will cost Rs 7.99 per minute against the present Rs 13 per minute.

Recently, the company rolled out a new prepaid plan for its customers in the country. It introduced a plan of Rs 398 in which it offers 105GB of data benefit. Additionally, users will get unlimited local and STD calling with no daily FUP limit under the Rs 398 plan. Also, the new plan offers 100 SMS per day with 1.5GB data. The plan comes with the validity of 70 days.

The plan comes in addition to the company’s Rs 399 plan that offers 1GB data and 100 SMS per day. Under the plan, users will get the facility of unlimited national and local calling. Major difference between the two plans is of validity. While, the Rs 399 plan comes with a validity of 84 days, the Rs 398 plan has a validity of 70 days.
