The Akuapem Education Trust has duly been launched.

It is aimed at sponsoring tertiary education for Akuapem students to enhance human capital on the Akuapem Ridge.

The separate events took place at the Grace Presbyterian Church, Christ Presbyterian Church, Methodist and the Pentecost Church in the Akuapem North Municipality of the Eastern Region over the weekend.

The Akuapem Education Trust is a foundation whose core mandate is to sponsor higher education for brighter, hardworking and underprivileged individuals on the Akuapem Ridge.

The Board, said any interested persons should visit the foundation's website www.akuapemeducationtrust.org and apply from August 1st to September 1st, 2019.
