Jamaican-American reggae star Tarrus Riley on Saturday December 29 performed for the first time in Ghana.

The 'She's Royal' hitmaker thrilled fans to his soothing reggae music at Bliss on the Hills Concert held in Kwahu-Abetifi.

Even though this was his first time performing in Ghana. Tarrus Riley,known in private life as Omar Riley,  bonded with the fans while they jumped and cheerrd to his hit songs.

Tarrus Riley who came with his bands men from America had a good performance sessions on stage considering how fans responded and sang along to his songs.

On the other hand, top home-based Reggae and Dancehall artists also thrilled fans to their various hit songs.

The likes of Samini, Stonebwoy, Jupiter, Wendy Shay, Ras Kuuku, Knii Lante all performed at the much anticipated event.

This is the second edition of Bliss on the Hills concert and according to patrons, the event has lived to expectation.

Organisers of Bliss on the Hills, Media Excel, say the aim of the yearly program is to promote the arts and culture with Kwahu as the center for entertainment in Ghana and West Africa.

The event is also intended to create and promote sustainable businesses, as well as open up job opportunities for the people of the Eastern Region through the arts.
