Ghana’s Albert Adomah climb from the bench in his team’s 1 nil loss at home.

Nottingham Forest were beaten one nil at home by Cardiff City in their Championship game played on Saturday at the City Ground.

Cardiff’s Maindez-Laing scores the only goal of the game as early as the 14 th minute of the first half .

The home side huffed and puffed but could not pull parity.

Veteran Albert Adomah who has enjoyed a lot of cameo roles from the bench came on in the 75th minute for English-born Nigerian Sammy Ameobi.

But Adomah  was unable to help Sabri Lamouche’s side at least get a share of the spoils.

The Ghanaian has so far featured in 16 matches in the championship for Forest with most of the coming from the bench while scoring twice and providing one assist.

Nottingham Forest are fourth on the championship table eight point from leaders Leeds United.
