The Ghana Premier League has announced the three standout performers shortlisted for the NASCO Player of the Month award for May/June 2025. The nominees—each of whom played a key role in securing strong finishes for their clubs—are:
- Albert Amoah (Asante Kotoko)
Amoah was in sensational form, netting four goals in five matches, including a remarkable hat-trick against Medeama SC on matchday 33. His performances helped Kotoko end the season on a strong note. He also earned one NASCO Player of the Match award during the period. - Kingsley Braye (Medeama SC)
Operating from midfield, Braye displayed his goal-scoring prowess with three goals in just three appearances, maintaining consistency and efficiency. His efforts earned him one NASCO Player of the Match award and were pivotal in Medeama’s push up the table. - Kelvin Ampoful (Nations FC)
Ampoful was one of the most impactful players of the month, contributing three goals in five matches while collecting three NASCO Player of the Match awards—the most by any player in the month. His consistency helped Nations FC secure a fifth-place finish.
The winner of the NASCO Player of the Month award will receive a 42-inch television set, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited, official sponsors of the award.
The recognition honors individual brilliance, consistency, and overall impact during the closing stages of the season.
