The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the appointment of Algerian referees to officiate the Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations (WAFCON) qualifier between Ghana and Namibia in Accra.

Ghada Mehat will be the central referee, leading a team of compatriots, with Asma Feriel Quahab and Sara Kimad taking on the roles of Assistant I and Assistant II, respectively. Lamia Atman has been assigned as the fourth official for the game.

In addition, Margaret Anyango Omondi from Kenya has been named as the Match Commissioner, while Cecelia Ngedi Ugbugi from Nigeria will serve as the referee assessor.

The highly anticipated match is scheduled for a 3:30 pm kickoff at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, December 1, 2023.
