Andre Ayew’s superb strike against Millwall has been voted Swansea City’s Westacres Goal of the Month for April by supporters of the club

The Ghana international’s curling shot came out on top in a fan vote, beating off competition from Jay Fulton’s header against Sheffield Wednesday, Jamal Lowe’s goal against Millwall, and his own finish from a flowing team move against Reading.

His opener at The Den set Steve Cooper’s side on their way to an impressive 3-0 win, and an upturn in fortunes that ultimately sealed a play-off place.

Ayew has been in fine form for the Jack army having scored 17 goals so far for the Swans including the only goal in their 1-0 victory over Barnsley in their promotion play off first leg game.
