Apollon Limassol secures promising Bechem United midfielder Clinton Duodu

Apollon Limassol FC has finalized the signing of young Ghanaian midfielder Clinton Duodu from Bechem United in a permanent transfer.

Duodu, born on June 20, 2005, has agreed to a contract that will keep him at the Cypriot club until May 2027.

Duodu's rise in football has been swift and impressive.

He began his professional career with Bechem United, making his debut at the tender age of 15 during the 2020-2021 season.

Over the course of his time with Bechem, he amassed 96 appearances and scored seven goals, showcasing his versatility and skill as a dynamic midfielder.

In the 2023-2024 season, Duodu continued to shine, participating in 24 matches and further establishing himself as one of Ghana's top emerging talents.

His performances earned him recognition not only in domestic competitions but also at the international level, where he has been part of the Ghana U17, U20, and U23 national teams.

Duodu's move to Apollon Limassol marks a significant step in his career, and the Cypriot giants are eager to see him bring his talent and potential to their squad.
