The $200,000 astroturf project being financed by Black Stars skipper in alma mata Accra Academy is near completion.
The Ghanaian football icon initiated the project earlier this March as a sign of appreciation to his secondary school where he enjoyed some years of football before moving to the professional level.
The modern football facility is expected to be completed later this month.
