"Jerry Afriyie is a very good player, Technically, he is good and he is a workaholic too. Despite a bit of inexperience in his movement off the ball, he is still very good," Gyan said on Asempa FM.

"His ball-striking ability is good as well. There's no wonder he scored three goals in the tournament. He's good technically. With good training and advice, he will go far."

The Thoughts Football Club youngster has been earmarked for stardom if he is to keep up with his performance.
