David Ocloo, assistant coach of Asante Kotoko, has acknowledged the team's recent struggles to maintain their playing pattern but assures fans of their dedication to turn things around swiftly.

The Porcupine Warriors were held to a goalless draw by Bechem United in a Ghana Premier League clash during week 24 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park over the weekend.

This draw extends Asante Kotoko's winless streak to five games, having lost four and drawn one in their recent outings.

The team's performance has raised concerns among supporters, leading to calls for changes within the technical team.

Addressing the match's outcome, Ocloo admitted the challenges faced during the game but remained optimistic about the team's prospects, emphasizing their intensified efforts to rectify the situation.

"This particular match, we did not create enough chances, but the most important thing is we got a point here," Ocloo stated.

"We feel very bad for the supporters because we have starved them for so long, but they should bear with us. We are still working hard, and very soon we will turn things around."

Currently occupying the eighth position with 33 points, Asante Kotoko prepares to face Nsoatreman FC at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday, April 11, for match-week 25 of the Ghana Premier League.
