Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have officially outdoored  Charles Kwabla Akuno as the new manager of the club.

The Former Dream F.C gaffer who penned a three year deal with the Porcupine Warriors on Monday was introduced to the media at a press conference held at the sports hotel in Kumasi.

He replaces coach Paa Kwesi Fabin who resigned after seven months in charge.

The 44 year old tactician will over see the club as head coach with his first task a friendly game against Liberty Professionals on Sunday.

Earlier today CK AKonnor had his first training session with the club at Adako Jaachie.

Akunnor led Ashantigold to second place after the first round of the Zylofon Cash Premier but parted ways with the club following reports of a rift between him and the C.E.O of the club.
