Ashanti Gold SC forward Prince Owusu insists the indefinite break of the 2017/2018 Ghana Premier League has not affected his form.

The league has been brought to a standstill - indefinitely - following a recent corruption and match-fixing scandal of the Ghana Football Association.

The domestic league and the FA Cup are just two of the top competitions that have been halted on order of the Ghanaian government.

“The break of the league has not affected me. I have been training to keep my form and my motive for the season is still intact. I am focusing though we are all still in the house,” Owusu told footballmadeinghana.com

“Personally, the season has not been bad though it is not as expected. I am hoping and praying that the second round will be better for me,”
