The member of Parliament for Ayawaso North, Hon Yussif Jajah has embarked on massive donation exercise,saying education and security are his "greatest priority".
The young NDC Law maker on Wednesday chose the Kotababi police station and some selected schools for his donations, that he said was in fulfillment of a promise made.
He donated 200 dual desk chairs to be distributed to some selected schools.
“It is my pleasure and priority to contribute to the development of education in this constituency,"he said.
'Education is one serious area we cannot toil with.I want to see students feel better in the constituency.
"200 dual desk chairs may not be enough, but we need to start from somewhere. We will have many of these engagements in the future. My doors are always opened," the MP assured.
On his part, the circuit supervisor, Mr Theophilus Adjei expressed his admiration for member of Parliament saying,"He is one politician you can always reach on his phone to discuss issues bothering his constituents.
"We thank him for his kind gesture."
Hon Jajah then moved from there to the Kotobabi police station to fulfill a promise he made to the Kotobabi police station. There, he donated street lights and a laptop to assist them do their work.
The MP commended the station for their good works and urge them to collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that there is always peace in the area.
He then made a stop at Accra Girls Senior High where he donated some street lights to be fixed to ensure the safety of the students.
He assured school authorities of his continuous contribution to ensure better education is achieved in a congenial atmosphere.
