According to local journalist Kwadwo Mintah,  the particular parcel of land has been at the center of misunderstanding  for many years.

Speaking to Starr News Wednesday, the assemblyman for the area, Laryea, said the chaos was sparked after the deceased and some  heavily built men stormed the land this morning and started destroying properties of residents.
