Mohammed Kudus, renowned for his charismatic goal celebrations, faced an unexpected hurdle during West Ham United's Premier League clash against Newcastle United when a ball boy declined to surrender his stool for Kudus' signature "take a seat" celebration.

The 23-year-old forward, celebrated for his notable goal contributions this season, including creative celebrations like sitting on advertising boards, encountered an unforeseen challenge during Saturday's match.

Following his goal, Kudus approached a ball boy to borrow his stool for his customary celebration, symbolizing the posture of a king.

However, to Kudus' surprise, the ball boy refused to yield the stool, leaving Kudus momentarily perplexed.

Undeterred, Kudus improvised his celebration by gesturing towards the stool while his teammates lifted him onto the advertising board, allowing him to execute his familiar celebration.

Despite the amusing interruption, Kudus' goal and inventive celebration were not enough to secure a victory for West Ham, as they suffered a narrow 4-3 defeat to Newcastle United.

Nonetheless, Kudus made a significant impact on the pitch by also providing an assist for West Ham's third goal, marking his 11th goal involvement in his Premier League debut season.

While the denied stool added an intriguing twist to Kudus' celebration, it did not overshadow his stellar performance and influence during the match.
