The Black Queens of Ghana are set to take on Côte d'Ivoire in two international friendly matches on May 30 and June 3, 2025, as part of their preparations for the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.
Led by head coach Kim Lars Björkegren, the team continues to intensify its buildup towards the continental showpiece. The upcoming fixtures will mark another step in their readiness campaign, following a series of international friendlies since March.
The back-to-back away encounters in Côte d'Ivoire are expected to provide a stern test and valuable experience for the Queens, who are aiming to make a significant impact at WAFCON.
The squad for the matches will be announced in due course.
