The playing body and Officials of the National Under 17 male football team, Black Starlets left Accra this morning for Niger ahead of this year's WAFU qualifiers.

The tournament which is set to commence from September 2 to 15, 2018, will see the winner book their ticket to represent WAFU Zone B at next year’s AFCON in Tanzania.

The Black Starlets have been pitted in Group A alongside neighbours Togo and hosts Niger.

While  Nigeria, Benin, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso will compete in Group B.

Oti Akenteng, who is a member of FIFA \ CAF liaison team  is the leader of delegation.
