The Black Stars of Ghana are set to resume training on Monday, October 7, 2024, as they prepare for their crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan.
A total of 25 players have been invited for this month's doubleheader, with the first arrivals including the France-based duo of Mohammed Salisu and Elisha Owusu.
The team is scheduled to convene at the Accra Sports Stadium later on Monday for their inaugural training session, which will be open to media coverage.
Head coach Otto Addo will guide the players through training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday leading up to the match on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
The Black Stars are in urgent need of a victory to rejuvenate their AFCON qualification aspirations, having managed only one point from their first two matches in the group stage.
After suffering a loss to Angola and drawing against Niger last month, the team will now face Sudan in a vital home-and-away fixture.
