Black Stars midfielder Mubarak Wakaso sets up sachet water company

Black Stars player Mubarak Wakaso has decided to set up a sachet water manufacturing company in the Northern Regional capital of Tamale.

More often than not most Ghanaians lambast Black Stars and our foreign based players for 'chopping' their money alone and not investing in ventures that can employ the youth and spread wealth.

But 30 year old Mubarak Wakaso who currently plies his trade with Chinese Super League side Shenzhen FC made this revelation on his social media handles on Wednesday.

His treated drinking water is christened “Ice Flakes Natural Mineral Water” which is now available on the market especially in and around the Tamale area.

The sachet water manufacturing company is sited at Tamale Airport road behind Yaara company.

He says the decision to set up this company is a token to give back to the society that has been of help is diverse ways.

"My own brand and it’s for my own people given back to the society ICE FLAKES NATURAL MINERAL WATER 💧 is out grab yours quick 🤝 thanks to everyone for the support We will try with the little we have create jobs to our communities 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾  more to come INSHAALLAH 🕌🕋📿🙏🏾” the midfielder posted on his Facebook page.
