Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bulldog has commended the President, Nana Addo Dankwa-Akufo-Addo for imposing a ban on all his ministers and all government appointees from embarking on foreign trips.
According to the Head of A&R for music at Zylofon Media, Government's decision to place a temporally ban on Ministers roaming all over the world, is the "most sensible'' of all.
“The president’s ban on ministers galloping around the world with tax payers money is the most sensible of all decisions taken since he assumed office… And its especially good for the one below… “She’s traveling all over place” in the name of tourism to no avail and has totally neglected the creative arts… God bless the president of Ghana”, Bulldog wrote on his Facebook Timeline.
The Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Hon. Catherine Afeku in recent times has come under severe backlash from most industry stakeholders questioning her incessant travels outside the country.
However, sources close to the Ministry have said the Minister’s trips is mostly tourism-related trips where she seeks different ideas to help turn the industry around.
