Ghanaian midfielder Carlos Ohene has earned a place in Sofascore's Team of the Week following his stellar performance in the Bulgarian First Professional League.

His outstanding display was highlighted during Levski Sofia's commanding 6-1 victory over PFC Lokomotiv Sofia 1929.

Levski Sofia began the match with strong momentum, as Ante Aralitsa opened the scoring in the 5th minute. Despite this early setback, Levski quickly found their rhythm.

Maicon set up Alex Kolev for an equalizer in the 12th minute, and Aldair’s individual brilliance gave Levski the lead in the 21st minute.

Ohene played a pivotal role in the team’s third goal just before halftime.

He initiated a swift counter-attack and provided an assist to Jawad El Jemili, who scored with a well-placed left-footed shot.

El Jemili added his second goal shortly after, giving Levski a comfortable 4-1 lead at the break.

The second half saw Levski continue their dominance. Ohene scored the fifth goal for Levski in added time, while Sangare sealed the victory with a sixth goal in the 97th minute.

The game faced a brief interruption in the 76th minute due to a lighting issue at Lokomotiv Stadium but resumed swiftly.

Levski Sofia’s emphatic win reinforces their strong start to the season, and they will next face Botev Vratsa in their upcoming league fixture.
