In an exclusive interview, Hon. Nana Ama Dokua shared her unwavering faith in God and the profound appreciation she holds for the role played by the clergy in the community. "I'm a firm believer in God, and in whatever I do, I put God first," she affirmed. Since her triumphant victory in the parliamentary primaries, this gathering with the clergy marked her initial expression of gratitude to those who supported her.

The MP-elect underscored her commitment to an all-inclusive leadership style, aiming to form partnerships that would benefit every corner of Okaikoi North. "Wherever I go, the kind of support I have behind me determines how far I can go," she noted, emphasizing the significance of the friendly gathering with the clergy.

Looking ahead, Hon. Nana Ama Dokua unveiled upcoming initiatives. Plans for grassroots and market women included the allocation of funds to support local traders and the launch of an artisanal brigade slated for January. Nana Ama Dokua for recognizing the crucial role played by the clergy in the constituency. "We are God's servants, not party partisans, but we will honour those who honour us," he declared.

The clergy pledged their support, vowing to preach peace before, during, and after the 2024 General Elections. Urging constituents to avoid violence during the electoral process, they emphasized the importance of maintaining harmony in the community.

On the political front, Grace Acheapong, the NPP Greater Accra Women Organizer, conveyed the party's united front in aiming to unseat the current MP in the upcoming 2024 General Election. "It's women that do politics, and we are ready to win the seat back for NPP," she affirmed. Constituency Chairman Stephen Addae echoed this sentiment, predicting a 65% victory for Hon.
