Coach of the Black Stars Kwasi Appiah says that he is not perturbed by the criticisms and scrutiny he suffers from Ghanaians on a daily basis.

According to the trainer that is the nature of the job so its either you accept it and move on with your work or you quit.

There was a lot of deafening noise about his job after Ghana's limp display at the African Cup of Nations in Egypt which led to a round of 16 elimination.

Most Ghanaians were of the opinion that his time was up and should be relieved of his duties but he says criticism is part of the job and anyone who doesn't accept it is not meant to be a coach.

"Normally If you are a coach and you are afraid of criticisms me personally I don't think you should get into that job"

"If people criticize you it helps you to pick the good messages they are putting across but the bottom line is if what they are preaching will bring you down then you should not get into this job"

"This is a job that deals with people with different mindsets some will love you some will criticize you but at the end of the day the job that is assigned to you you must do the best that you can so that If tomorrow If you are told to go tomorrow you pack your things and go"

"This is the nature of our job like where I used to coach in Sudan before I left I was getting $20,000 and when I went there I was taking $40,000 even a club side." he said.
