Chelsea's Cole Palmer delivered a remarkable performance at Stamford Bridge, scoring four goals to lead his team to a commanding 6-0 triumph over Everton in the Premier League.

The 21-year-old showcased his talent early in the game, opening the scoring with a sublime curling strike in the 13th minute.

He quickly doubled Chelsea's lead with a header five minutes later, seizing on a rebound.

Palmer completed his hat-trick in spectacular fashion midway through the first half, intercepting a poor pass from Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and lobbing the ball into the net from 40 yards out.

Teammate Nicolas Jackson joined the scoring spree just before halftime, volleying in a cross from Marc Cucurella to further extend Chelsea's lead.

Palmer continued to dominate in the second half, converting a penalty in the 63rd minute to secure his fourth goal of the match. Substitute Alfie Gilchrist added to Everton's misery with a goal in the 90th minute.

The victory extends Chelsea's unbeaten run in the Premier League to eight matches, keeping them in contention for European qualification.

Palmer's exceptional performance marks his second consecutive hat-trick, following his three-goal display against Manchester United in their previous game at Stamford Bridge.

He now shares the top-scorer spot with Manchester City's Erling Haaland, with 20 goals each.

Meanwhile, Everton faced a challenging outing in their first match since receiving a two-point deduction for a second breach of Premier League financial rules.

The loss leaves them in 16th place, just two points above the relegation zone.
