There is confusion surrounding the Black Meteor's friendly matches that will take place in Asia against Japan and South Korea next month.

Most clubs are withdrawing their players since there will be Ghana Premier League matches whiles the Black Meteors teams are still in Asia.

The Black Meteors have been billed to play against Japan and South Korea next month as the two Asian countries prepare for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games.

Coach Paa Kwasi Fabin has already handed call ups to some 27 players but most club are reluctant to let their players travel for the trip.

Hearts of Oak have written to the FA that they will not allow influential players Salifu Ibrahim and Daniel Barnieh travel and will only release goalkeeper Richmond Ayi.

King Faisal have also refused to allow Kwame Peprah travel for the trip,while Kotoko will only allow Imoro Ibrahim join the team with all other players recalled.

Karela United have recalled all their players while Great Olympics have recalled Maxwell Abbey Quaye from camp.

This has forced the Ghana Football Association to be considering postponing the Ghana Premier League match day 28 matches in order to allow the Black Meteors have the full compliment of the team to travel for the friendly matches in Asia.

Ghana will play against South Korea on 12th June at 7pm Korean time while the second leg will come off on the 15th June at 8pm Korean time.

Before the South Korea match, the Black Meteors will face Japan in an International friendly that will be played on June 4 and 8 in Tokyo.

Both matches will come off at the Jeju World Cup Stadium Seogwipo, Jeju Island.

Coach Paa Kwasi Fabin has already named a 27 man squad for the game and they will begin camping later in the month as they begin preparation for their two friendly matches with Japan and South Korea.

The Black Meteors team are expected to depart for Asia on Tuesday.
