Red hot Black  Stars midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh has once again scored for his lower tier German side FC St. Pauli on Friday night in their draw with Nurnberg.

The match ended 1-1 at the Millerntor-Stadion after FC St. Pauli who took the lead were pegged back by a late goal from Nurnberg to put the promotion bid in jeopardy.

Kofi Kyereh who was on the sidelines recently due to a slight injury gave his side the lead in the 74th minute after the first half ended goalless.

He converted from the penalty spot in what is his 12th league goal of the season.

FC St. Pauli were unable to hold onto the advantage as the away side levelled the scores late in stoppage time through Taylan Duman to make it 1-1.

The draw has seen St. Pauli drop out of the promotion places on the league standings falling behind Schalke 04, Werder Bremen and Darmstadt.

They are currently placed 4th with 54 points from 32 matches - two matches more left for the season to close.

Kyereh has now hit 12 goals and provided 9 assists in 28 appearances for St. Pauli in the German second-tier this campaign.
