Christian Adu-Poku, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Afigya Kwabere South District has cut sod for the construction of a 20-seater Water Closet facility for the Aduman Senior High School in the Ashanti region.

The DCE said due to the rollout of free education policy by the government the enrollment of the school has increased thereby causing a lot of challenges to the school that is why the assembly thought it wise to build that facility to help ease the congestion in the school.

 He further mentioned that the assembly is poised to help the school because it is the only secondary school in the district.

At the sod-cutting ceremony, hon Christian Adu-Poku called on the students to take advantage of the facilities available to them and take studies seriously. He also outlined some of the projects that the assembly has done in the school.

The headmaster of Aduman Senior High School, Mr Forson Nduro who was happy about the effort being made by the assembly, extended his profound gratitude to the government and the district.
