District Chief Executive (DCE) for Àgona East Hon. Duodu Addo has predicted 60% win for H. E John Dramani Mahama in the forthcoming general elections.

According to him, John Dramani Mahama has done enough for the people of the he Àgona East constituency and thus deserves to be given the second chance of office to complete his transformation agenda.

Addressing NDC supporters at Agona Duakwa after a five hour health walk, Hon. Duodu Addo called on them to intensify their house to house campaign.

He noted that the unprecedented performance of President John Dramani Manama and the NDC government over the past three and half years has been recognised by the people and have vow never to vote for other person but the NDC.

" As we intensify our house to house campaign, let us educate the electorates how to vote properly in order not to destroy the ballot papers which may go against our candidates .

I also like to appeal to you as foot soldiers not to engage yourselves in any unnecessary argument that would lead to politically related violence

The good people of Àgona East have seen the clear difference between NPP and NDC so we should not descend into gutters with them"

The Àgona East constituency chairman of the NDC, Alhaji Ibrahim Jabiru assured the NDC top hierarchy of total victory in the forthcoming elections adding that the constituency had become 'no go area' for the opposition NPP due to infrastructure development and livelihood improvement.

Later in an interview with newsmen, the constituency Youth Organizer, Mr. John Kuma called for unity among the ranks and file of the party in the constituency to enable them achieve the total victory they have been wishing for the NDC in the December 7, general elections
