In his final Christmas message as president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo urged Ghana’s security agencies to take a strong stand against any actions that threaten the country's security.

He emphasized that Ghana’s peace is sacred and should not be compromised for selfish ambitions.

The president condemned acts of violence that marred the country’s democratic processes and reminded citizens that seeking power should be a call to service, not violence.

Akufo-Addo reaffirmed that the rule of law will prevail and called on the security forces to maintain stability and harmony.

He stressed that peace is about resolving conflicts through peaceful means, a principle he urged all Ghanaians to embrace.
