Former Ghana Black Stars coach, Goran "Plavi" Stevanovic says Andre Ayew once told him  that he is the best ever coach he has seen at the national team level.

The Serbian trainer was appointed coach of the Black Stars on the 1st February 2011  after signing a two year contract with Ghana.

After barely 14 months into his two year he was fired as he failed to guide the Black Stars to win the Afcon 2012 after being eliminated by Zambia at the quarter final stage.

"Dede Ayew once told me,coach you are the best coach I've ever worked with at the national level" he told Kumasi based Ashh Fm.

"It will be difficult for me to chose my best ever Black stars player because of the love I have for these players and their love for me as a coach even this morning I spoke to Michael Essien"

"This is my first time speaking to the people of Ghana since I left post in 2012."

He is currently the manager of China League Two club Qingdao Jonoon.
