DOL: Coach Awuni Barnabas guides King Faisal FC to a draw in Offinso

The Insha Allah boys on Sunday travelled to Offinso, were they held PAC Academy to a draw in their 2024/25 Division One League match day five fixture.

King Faisal FC who had more of the ball to dominate play in the first half, held PAC Academy to a 1-1 draw after full time.

The host suffered a blow few minutes into the second half, having failed to curtail the sharp attack of the visitors, King Faisal FC throughout the first department.

The Insha Allah boys had their noses in front in the 68th minute to ensure their dominance paid off, through forward Emmanuel Nketia.

With much improved side from the technical head of King Faisal FC, Awuni Barnabas, they maintained their composure to stretch the host to the bar line ensuring their run away with victory.

Nonetheless, PAC Academy rallied on to register an equalizer in the die embers of the encounter ending game in a 1-1 draw.

The result of the clash, means King Faisal are still unbeaten in the ongoing Division One League, having won one and drawn all four in five league matches.

Awuni also made sure, he's unbeaten record against Coach Elis Lord stayed intact, having recorded three wins against him in their last three meetings.

Awuni avoided a defeat to PAC Academy, hoping to climb more on the ladder having set sight on qualification to topflight this season.

The Kumasi-based outfit will next face Sekondi Eleven Wise in the league come weekend.
