Through the Simon Adingra Foundation, the Ivorian International who plies his trade with Brighton and Hove Albion in the English Premiership has made a heartfelt donation to the community that shaped him growing up in Ivory Coast.
His foundation is aimed at supporting health, education and kids in his community as he looks to give back to the society as he always seeks to do annually. The Right To Dream Academy graduate is making a powerful impact on and off the pitch as he continues to change the narrative in the society with his benevolent acts.
The pacy and hardworking young winger had a rather difficult campaign in the just ended English Premier League season as his side finished 17th on the league log, just a place away from the relegation zone but he still stayed resolute as he continued with his act of helping the needy in society.
He was a part of the Ivorian team that currently hold the African Cup of Nations title which they hosted and subsequently won on home soil in 2024.
Speaking about his initiative to help support people in the society, Adingra asserted that he is only giving back to the community that believes in him:
“Giving back a little of what I’ve received. To my community, my roots, those who believed in me.”
Following his act of kindness, his former Academy, the Right To Dream Academy in Ghana took to the internet to congratulate Adingra for his kindness and support to the less privileged.
“Proud to see our grads making an impact beyond the pitch.”
