English-Ghanaian forward Eddie Nketiah is on the verge of completing a transfer to Nottingham Forest from Arsenal.

The 25-year-old has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Forest, and the club is close to meeting Arsenal’s £30 million asking price.

Nketiah's move to Olympique Marseille was blocked after the French side could not meet Arsenal's valuation.

Now, Nottingham Forest is poised to finalize the deal as they seek to bolster their attacking options.

At Arsenal, Nketiah has made 168 appearances, scoring 38 goals. He had a brief loan spell at Leeds United during the 2019/20 season.

The forward is moving to Forest in search of more regular playing time, having struggled to secure a starting spot with the Gunners.

Nketiah was an unused substitute in Arsenal's opening match of the season against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
