Ghana and Ludogorets Razgrad winger Elvis Manu is in deep waters in Bulgaria as he has been handed a two game ban and fined 1,000 Bulgarian Lev, the equivalent of  €510.13 for punching an opponent.

He has been found culpable of punching Plamen Krachunov in the tunnel while both players were returning to the dressing room in his side's 4-2 win over Lokomotiv Sofia last Sunday.

After a disciplinary committee hearing the forward was found guilty and has been slapped with a two game ban meaning he will miss the derby against CSKA Sofia.

“Elvis Manu - a competitor of PFC "Ludogorets" Razgrad with suspension of competition rights, on the grounds of Art. for 2 meetings and a fine of BGN 1,000 ", reads the decision of the Disciplinary Commission of the Bulgarian Football Union.

The attacker has played 26 matches this season for Ludogorets scoring 6 goals in the process.
