Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey scored for his lower tier French side Amiens in their league match against Troyes on Saturday.

The Ghana midfielder was impressive for his Amiens side as they beat Troyes by 3-1 at the Stade Licorn.

Amiens came from behind to win the match in an impressive fashion as they recorded a 3-1 win with Lomotey lasting the entire duration of the game.

Rominique Kouame opened the scores for the first goal of the game for the away side Troyes on the 15th minute before Iron Gomis pulled parity for the home side in the 40th minute.

In the second half, Emmanuel Lomotey gave his side the lead for the first time in the game with a 54th minute goal to make it 2-1 after which Alexis Blin made sure of the results with a third goal in the 77th minute.

Emmanuel Lomotey is part of C.K Akonnor's 29 man squad for the AFCON 2021 qualifiers but is unlikely to join due to a ban placed on foreign travels by French Ligue 1 and 2 clubs because of COVID-19.
